ATS चा गैर'समद' !

A comment on bail to Abdul Samad alias Bhatkal. A sessions court on Tuesday granted bail to Samad in a 2009 arms seizure case. Samad’s bail is a slap in the face of the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), which had arrested him in the arms case, but—though it never named him as an accused—suspected his involvement in the Pune German Bakery bomb blast case.
